Alison (Ali) requires very little prologue in relation to her Pilates prowess. Having previously owned an incredibly successful studio ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ , she is a cherished teacher who caters for all clientele with genuine care 🥰. From pro-surfers 🏄‍♀️ to post-natal mamma’s 🤰🏻 she knows exactly how hard push and protect.
