We can't wait 🤩 the challenge is a great way to motivate yourself to do a little bit extra and at this time of year when things start to feel slow and sluggish and getting up feels harder it's even more helpful to keep your training on track 🌿

Whatever your goal is and however you want to structure your sessions we are here for you. There is no right or wrong way to plan your week, the most effective session is the one you can attend and enjoy.

This is shaping up to be our biggest challenge yet - we are so excited to train you all and be in classes alongside you!! If you need any help planning your week please reach out. Also remember we have yoga classes on all week and this is a fantastic compliment to your training 🌿❤️‍🔥
