As we take time this week to recognise those of you who have completed 500+ and 1000+ classes we would like to thank you all for your continued support🥹

Our studios were created almost 6 years ago in a time where it was not common to see a reformer studio. We are so proud of our spaces, the love we all share for Pilates, our sister studios @heatbytsc_seaforth @heatbytsc_avalon and most importantly the amazing people we are lucky enough to call our community 🏡

We have exciting things planned in the coming months and we can't wait to continue the health and fitness journey with you all 💫🫶🏻

TSC mid year challenge starts Monday !! This is going to be our biggest challenge yet, we can't wait to see the results. Additional classes added to the timetable for the challenge including sound healing, classical Pilates and stretch and recovery.
