Our small studios allow us to modify movements to meet your level of experience, fitness and strength, and our wonderful community is a very mixed bag on all of those fronts so you will fit in regardless of where you are at with Pilates right now.
Our Taster Classes are for first time visitors (and trial clients that have not been in for at least 3 months). If you have any issues at all booking in just drop us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
