Our superstar @julia.simmonds was the last challenge winner clocking up an incredible 55 classes in 30 days !!! She is an inspiration to us all - our next challenge is just around the corner …. Will anyone be able to top the record ??

We have said it before and we will say it again, you must fill your own cup before you can pour into other peoples.

Make the time for your self daily to exercise, sometimes it will be a Pilates class which is amazing, sometimes it might only be a short walk, but the commitment to yourself will make you a better partner, parent, co worker and all of the other roles you play in life ❤️
